This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all licensing agreements and manage administrative communications, including contracts, deal memos, approvals, and the delivery of licensed products to the market.
• Project sales and revenue, monitor licensing activities, compile and present quarterly reports, and ensure that performance objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with the VP of Retail & Licensing and Brand Partnership teams to create and implement licensing strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with licensees, brands, artist management, and industry connections globally.
• Work in conjunction with Brand Management, Creative, Finance, and Legal teams on assets, payments, and contractual agreements.
• Assist licensee partners by providing marketing assets and supporting campaigns.
• Identify potential licensing opportunities and keep abreast of trends in music, consumer behavior, and retail.
• Safeguard band trademarks and intellectual property while reporting any infringements.
• Manage Amazon artist stores, the launch of promotional merchandise, exclusive assortments, banners, and partnerships with Amazon.
• Supervise the design concepts for Amazon On Demand, including mockup approvals, product uploads, descriptions, and pricing.
• Maintain artist pages and manage product and banner content on Amazon Music.
• Implement targeted advertising initiatives on Amazon and third-party platforms.
• Oversee the Retail & Licensing Coordinator to ensure timely order placements and project distributions.
• Contribute to newsletters and update marketing materials for retail partners, artists, and branded merchandise.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion, music, culture, and entertainment.
• Proven experience in a Brand, Retail, or Licensing position, with a successful history of managing licensed businesses.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and a genuine passion for music merchandising.
