This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of the assigned queue in accordance with state licensing regulations.
β’ Assess, verify, and submit both online and paper license applications along with Primary Source Verifications.
β’ Initiate and oversee primary source verifications related to education, training, employment, and licenses.
β’ Monitor and address deficiencies, including necessary communication with the Board.
β’ Engage with providers and clients regarding requirements, missing documentation, and status updates.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to ensure timely licensure processing.
β’ Prepare and deliver license status updates to clients.
β’ Manage mailing operations, including the printing, assembling, tracking, and prompt submission of application materials.
β’ Oversee files to ensure timely completion of outstanding requirements.
β’ Assist with urgent application corrections and changes to email addresses.
β’ Participate in scheduled meetings and ad hoc discussions.
β’ Provide support for special projects and other designated tasks.
β’ Experience with Behavioral Health, Nursing, and Physician license types; multi-state experience is preferred (IMLC, NLC is a plus).
β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex licensing requirements.
β’ Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate next steps to providers and stakeholders.
β’ Keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
β’ Ability to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining productivity during fluctuations in workload.
β’ Professional demeanor in interactions with providers, clients, and internal teams.
β’ Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with DocHub, Slack, and startup environments is desirable.
