Licensing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee CSP renewals and keep track of the renewal calendar

• Confirm product details, quantities, commitment terms, billing frequency, renewal dates, and account ownership

• Generate standard renewal and Microsoft CSP quotes utilizing approved pricing, catalogs, SKUs, quantities, terms, and procedures

• Monitor renewal status, customer decisions, internal actions, quotes, opportunities, orders, and customer data

• Process subscriptions, renewals, seat modifications, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and term changes as approved

• Conduct routine administration of the Microsoft Partner Center and manage subscription transactions

• Open and track Microsoft or distributor support cases until resolution

• Assist the finance team with inquiries related to CSP billing and subscription reconciliation

• Compare subscriptions, invoices, quotes, and internal records to find discrepancies

• Ensure the accuracy of customer and subscription records

• Generate recurring reports on renewals, quotes, subscription quantities, billing discrepancies, and pending actions

• Address routine inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding licenses, renewals, subscriptions, billing, quotes, and orders

• Provide status updates to account executives, finance, operations, and technical teams

• Research standard licensing queries using approved authoritative sources and document the sources used

• Escalate complex issues related to licensing, pricing, contracts, technical matters, architecture, or ambiguous policy


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in CSP operations, Microsoft licensing administration, software sales operations, subscription management, quoting, renewals, order processing, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple renewals, quotes, orders, and deadlines concurrently

• Experience with spreadsheets and structured business data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and standard business systems

• Ability to consistently adhere to documented processes and recognize when escalation is necessary

• Capable of researching unfamiliar licensing inquiries using authoritative sources rather than relying on memory or assumptions

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer

• Ability to move and/or lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

• Comfortable using a computer and standard office productivity equipment
