This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Maintain and refresh licensing records within agency systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of licensing data with state regulations.
• Address inquiries from both internal and external sources concerning licensing requirements, application statuses, and eligibility.
• Assess license applications and accompanying documentation for compliance standards.
• Resolve discrepancies and complete necessary follow-ups.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to licensing activities, productivity, and compliance metrics.
• Oversee licensing functions for designated regions, typically encompassing 3–10 states, including resident and non-resident transactions, renewals, and updates to addresses or demographics.
• Monitor renewals, expirations, and changes in status within licensing management systems.
• Respond to inquiries via email, service tickets, and telephone communication.
• Prioritize requests, maintain auditable records, and manage deadlines within a high-volume setting.
• Achieve productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Engage in onboarding and continuous training initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members while adhering to confidentiality, ethical standards, and internal procedures.
• Ability to support operations related to insurance producer licensing, including renewals, eligibility assessment, and compliance-related tasks.
• Experience in managing workflows through emails, service tickets, or queue-based systems.
• Strong skills in organization, calendar management, and prioritization.
• Capability to handle multiple files and deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in regulated or compliance-oriented settings.
• Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Comfort in handling phone communications with brokers or internal stakeholders.
• Proven integrity, confidentiality, and ethical decision-making.
• Eagerness to ask questions, learn from colleagues and senior team members, and participate in ongoing training.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant administrative or business experience.
• Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or progress toward insurance-related certifications is preferred.
