This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct follow-ups with patients in accordance with the approved cadence to gather updates related to reimbursement and information necessary for case advancement.

• Accurately and promptly update and maintain patient files.

• Assist in reimbursement processes by gathering, reviewing, and documenting information on coverage, claims status, and patient access.

• Refer reimbursement challenges, coverage obstacles, and case-specific issues to the appropriate team members.

• Report any adverse events discovered during patient interactions to the designated units/departments in line with company policies and procedures.

• Keep precise and up-to-date records in relevant systems and departmental files.

• Compile information related to reimbursement for tracking, reporting, and case management purposes.

• Collaborate with internal team members and management to facilitate the resolution of case-related and workload-related challenges.

• Foster positive and professional working relationships with colleagues, management, and internal stakeholders.

• Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, privacy regulations, safety protocols, and program guidelines.

• Execute related reimbursement support tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity within a pharmaceutical environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

• Demonstrated accuracy in processing substantial volumes of data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes and a willingness to acquire new skills as necessary.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Analytical skills to compile data, recognize discrepancies, and support routine reporting.

• Ability to address routine issues using standard procedures and sound judgment regarding escalation needs.

• Proficiency in using standard productivity tools to prepare documents, manage information, and coordinate administrative tasks.
