Lender Task Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to foster enduring professional relationships.

• Oversee daily CPI/LPI operations and assess the lender cycle.

• Ensure that lenders receive accurate billing and reports while borrowers obtain Notices appropriately.

• Process and audit notices, certificates, premiums, images, client inquiries, and other CPI/LPI tasks.

• Manage premium collection and refunds, ensuring timeliness and precision.

• Act as the subject matter expert for internal staff regarding CPI/LPI operational inquiries.

• Anticipate client needs and provide effective service solutions.

• Identify, escalate, and manage program-impact tasks for clients, sales, and loan servicing teams.

• Address inquiries, rectify errors, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on insurance coverage matters.

• Monitor accounts, workloads, queues, reports, and products while adhering to SLA timeliness and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address significant issues.

• Investigate issues, create fact-based messaging, and report problems to management until resolution.

• Analyze loan-level indicators to avert issues and enhance product performance.

• Evaluate client portfolio reporting and implement process improvements with management.

• Update loan histories based on research and documentation, composing accurate written information.

• Achieve or surpass productivity and quality objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Fewer than 12 months of relevant experience required.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• An Associate's degree or Vocational/Technical School Degree is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for client issues with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in workload, departmental shifts, and internal processes.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated.

• Proficient in identifying root causes and addressing critical client servicing needs.

• Competence in analyzing information to pinpoint key issues and solutions.

• Skillful in accurately verifying, entering, and/or documenting insurance information for Vehicle, Flood, Windstorm, Hazard, and other coverage types.
