This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Carry out general administrative duties, which include managing mail, typing, and overseeing program filing systems.
• Handle copayment requests from patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians for copay assistance or concierge payment programs.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure the achievement of copayment KPIs.
• Coordinate with ISI Accounting to guarantee timely and precise payments.
• Work with the third-party payment administrator to ensure correct electronic payment processing.
• Create and maintain office files, schedule appointments, and organize meeting spaces.
• Gather information from various sources to produce reports.
• Review and sustain business-location reports, rectify errors or discrepancies, and inform the relevant personnel.
• Update and manage business information through computer or departmental files.
• Support both scheduled and unscheduled departmental projects.
• Compose and type correspondence and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects across different departments and business segments.
• Engage with colleagues and management to address workload challenges.
• Foster positive and professional working relationships.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, safety regulations, and guidelines.
• Report any adverse events to designated units/departments.
• Execute related duties as assigned.
• Completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Extensive proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
• Demonstrated precision when processing large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and willingness to acquire new skills as needed.
• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Capacity to represent a positive and professional image.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
