Licensed Therapist – LPCC or LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services that encompass psychosocial evaluations, as well as individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate treatment plans.

• Conduct appropriate reassessments of treatment plans as necessary.

• Perform initial patient assessments when assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, provided independent privileges are granted.

• Engage in performance improvement initiatives.

• Aid in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Offer clinical supervision if qualified.

• Participate in consultations.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries.

• Ensure confidentiality is upheld.

• Comply with ethical standards of conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC) is necessary.

• Dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky is preferred but not mandatory.

• Completion of supervision training is required to provide clinical supervision within the program.

• Familiarity with current theoretical frameworks for delivering counseling services is essential.

• Understanding of strategies for analyzing, applying, and assessing cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts is needed.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical aspects related to the mental health field is crucial.
