Licensed Therapist – LPCC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services encompassing psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies.

• Collaborate with patients and families to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct initial patient assessments when assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and possess independent privileges.

• Engage in performance enhancement initiatives.

• Assist in the analysis of performance improvement metrics.

• Provide clinical supervision when qualified.

• Take part in consultations.

• Establish professional boundaries, uphold confidentiality, and comply with ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in social work or counseling.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Completion of supervision training to offer clinical supervision in the respective program.

• Familiarity with contemporary theoretical frameworks for delivering counseling services.

• Understanding of methods for analyzing, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical aspects within the mental health sector.
