Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care through telehealth services.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage actively within a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers, occurring at least monthly, to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Collaborate with teams that include various therapists and a prescriber.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC).

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology.
