Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the welfare of patients.

• Engage collaboratively within a team-oriented framework alongside psychiatric and counseling professionals.

• Facilitate coordination of care among psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Participate in monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes various therapists and a prescriber.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is highly valued.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technological skills.
