Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Actively engage in a collaborative team environment with therapists and prescribers.

• Attend regular monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric providers and counselors.

• Select preferred clinical workdays and hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient with computers and basic technology.
