Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently with a focus on patient welfare.

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Take part in regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical matters.

• Manage a rapidly growing caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC).

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
