Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage collaboratively within a team-oriented environment alongside psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical subjects.

• Facilitate coordination of care among psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical sessions remotely through telehealth platforms.

• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states including AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior substantial clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology skills.
