Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing patient interests.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical duties from a home office.

• Take part in virtual team meetings focused on clinical matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology skills.
