Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently in the best interest of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate coordination of care among psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Take part in regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.

• Collaborate with teams that include multiple therapists and a prescriber.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold full licensure as one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills are required.

• Must possess solid computer skills and basic technological proficiency.
