Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with therapists, psychiatric providers, counselors, and prescribers.

• Attend monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical work remotely, participating in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
