Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health and telehealth services.

• Operate independently while prioritizing patient interests.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselor providers.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers.

• Perform clinical duties remotely.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states including AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, such as the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology.
