Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric professionals and counselors.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.

• Develop and maintain a clinical caseload.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess full licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology skills.
