Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based telehealth mental health services.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric professionals and counselors.

• Take part in monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical matters.

• Develop and oversee a clinical caseload.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as one of the following: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Preferred but not mandatory: substantial prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist.

• Desired experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
