Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients

• Perform clinical duties remotely through telehealth platforms

• Engage actively with psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Facilitate care within a collaborative team environment

• Join regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical subjects

• Attend virtual meetings with the clinical team

• Develop and maintain a caseload of therapy clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess full licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Prior significant experience in clinical psychotherapy is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with basic technology
