Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Perform clinical duties through telehealth from a remote location

• Develop and oversee a swiftly expanding patient caseload

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach with fellow therapists and prescribers

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers

• Attend monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical subjects

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Prior significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology
