Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently with the patients’ best interests in mind.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Participate in regular monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Develop and manage a growing patient caseload.

• Attend virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer and basic technology use.
