Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-driven mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with therapists, psychiatric professionals, counselors, and prescribers.

• Facilitate coordination of care among psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Participate in monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical issues.

• Perform clinical duties remotely via telehealth.

• Attend virtual meetings with the clinical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Considerable prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

• Competent computer skills and basic technological proficiency.
