Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently with the patient's best interests at heart.

• Engage in active collaboration within a team-oriented setting alongside therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical issues.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric providers and counselors.

• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technological competencies.
