Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health and mental health services.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with therapists and prescribers.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical work remotely.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology.
