Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing patient welfare.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach with therapists and prescribers.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical subjects.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Develop and oversee a clinical caseload.

• Perform clinical duties from home, participating in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Preferred but not mandatory: substantial previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient organizational and time management capabilities.

• Competent in computer use and basic technology.
