Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Work independently while prioritizing the best interests of patients.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Develop and oversee a rapidly expanding caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
