Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients

• Engage proactively in a collaborative team environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical topics

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers

• Develop and manage a clinical caseload

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Substantial prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is desirable

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology
