Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients without interference from corporate administration.

• Develop and oversee a rapidly expanding caseload.

• Engage proactively in a collaborative team environment with fellow therapists and prescribers.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical work remotely.

• Attend virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is desired.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology.
