Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Conduct clinical sessions via telehealth from a home office

• Operate independently while prioritizing patient welfare

• Actively engage in team-oriented collaboration

• Facilitate care coordination among psychiatric and counseling providers

• Take part in monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or discuss clinical matters

• Join virtual clinical team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Preferably have significant previous experience as a clinical psychotherapist, though not mandatory

• Desired experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Capable of effective organization and time management

• Proficient in computer use and basic technology skills
