Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment with therapists and prescribers.

• Take part in regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical subjects.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Develop and oversee a clinical caseload.

• Attend virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior significant clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient computer and basic technology skills.
