Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage in collaborative efforts within a team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling professionals.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers, at least once a month, to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Develop and oversee a rapidly expanding caseload.

• Carry out clinical duties from a home-based setting.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer and basic technology usage.
