Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the best interests of patients.

• Engage collaboratively within a team setting alongside therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselors.

• Take part in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Develop and maintain a growing patient caseload.

• Conduct clinical work remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior significant clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Desired experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
