Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or relevant clinical issues.

• Develop and oversee a steadily increasing caseload.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC).

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).

• Prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse groups, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency with computers and basic technology.
