Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients.

• Engage actively with psychiatric and counseling professionals.

• Participate in monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical subjects.

• Collaborate within a team that includes multiple therapists and a prescriber.

• Perform clinical duties from a remote location.

• Select your own working days and hours.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient with computers and basic technology.
