Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth.

• Operate independently while prioritizing patient welfare.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach.

• Facilitate care coordination among psychiatric and counseling professionals.

• Attend regular staffing sessions, at least once a month, with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or pertinent clinical topics.

• Develop and oversee a clinical caseload.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is a plus.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in computer use and basic technological skills.
