Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients.

• Actively engage in a collaborative team environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.

• Develop and oversee a caseload of therapists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior significant experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
