Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-informed mental health care as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the patient's welfare.

• Engage proactively within a team-oriented framework.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical subjects.

• Develop and oversee a therapist caseload.

• Perform clinical duties remotely through telehealth services.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold full licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior substantial clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

• Competent in computer usage and basic technology.
