Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counseling professionals.

• Take part in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Perform clinical tasks from home with flexible scheduling options determined by the clinician.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
