Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Take part in regular monthly staffing meetings with prescribing colleagues to review patient cases or clinical issues

• Handle an expanding caseload effectively

• Provide clinical services from home on clinician-selected schedules

• Participate in virtual meetings with the clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)

• Prior significant experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals, is desirable

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Effective organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology
