Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients.

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric professionals, and counseling providers.

• Participate in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or discuss clinical matters.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

• Develop and oversee a rapidly expanding caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient computer skills and basic technology knowledge.
