Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Operate independently while prioritizing the well-being of patients

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Attend regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or relevant clinical subjects

• Facilitate care coordination among psychiatric and counseling providers

• Contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes several therapists and a prescriber

• Conduct clinical activities remotely from home

• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Substantial prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Desired experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient organizational and time management skills

• Competent in computer usage and basic technology
