Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently with the patient's best interests as the priority.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with therapists and prescribers.

• Participate in regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month.

• Review patient cases and clinical topics with the clinical team.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Conduct clinical work from a home office.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Substantial prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is desired.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology applications.
