Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.

• Develop and oversee a clinical caseload.

• Conduct clinical sessions remotely through telehealth.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
