Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services via telehealth consultations.

• Operate independently while prioritizing patients' best interests.

• Engage actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Facilitate coordination of care among psychiatric and counseling providers.

• Attend regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Work remotely with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician.

• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations, such as the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

• Competent in computer use and basic technology.
