Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist.

• Operate independently while prioritizing the needs of patients.

• Engage collaboratively in a team-oriented approach with therapists, prescribers, psychiatric providers, and counselor providers.

• Participate in regular monthly staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases or clinical topics.

• Facilitate care coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers.

• Perform clinical duties remotely through telehealth.

• Join virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant prior experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desirable.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient computer and basic technology skills.
