Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment as a licensed therapist.

• Perform clinical duties through telehealth from a home setting.

• Actively engage in a collaborative team environment alongside other therapists and prescribers.

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric providers and counselors.

• Join in regular staffing sessions with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical issues.

• Select your own working days and hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA.

• Significant previous experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals, is desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and basic technology.
