Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services as a licensed therapist

• Conduct clinical sessions via telehealth from your home

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients

• Engage actively in a collaborative team environment with psychiatric and counseling professionals

• Join regular staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers at least once a month to review patient cases or clinical topics

• Facilitate coordination of care between psychiatric and counseling providers

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings

• Develop and maintain a growing caseload of patients

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a full license as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA

• Previous clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is desired

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management

• Proficient with computers and basic technology
