Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth platform

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health support

• Cater to patients of all ages

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions and thorough assessments

• Formulate individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to help them meet their objectives

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools

• Serve patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

• Fill out the post-application questionnaire and engage in the recruitment process if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future

• Designated private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in English

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders

• Skills in treatment planning

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools

• Experience in collaborating with clients to reach their goals

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments

• Willingness to complete 30 hours of client care weekly

• Background in working with patients facing substance abuse and addiction issues

• Experience with severe chronic mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder

• Full-time psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours each week

• Active clinical licensure, such as LSW, LMSW, LPC, or an equivalent
